Not only are we facing a senior leadership crisis with many principals due to retire in the coming years and a falling pool of teachers willing to replace them… but our current school leaders are tired, burnt out, and swamped with an endless to-do list to meet the demands of this job.

Mental Fitness coaching

Our FLAX coaches are qualified and experienced coaches who work one-on-one with clients to support their wellbeing in mental fitness. If you’re feeling like you’re juggling your balls well, but would like to support yourself with improved work-life balance, goal-setting, stress management, time management, or health outcomes (such as weight management or improving medical conditions/diagnosis), one of our coaches can support you to identify your goals and work to achieve them.

Mental fitness coaching is an ideal approach if you’d like to invest in yourself to ensure you’re here for a long time AND a good time!

Mental Wellbeing coaching

FLAX mental health coaches are a solution for ensuring principal wellness, and we’re here to scaffold your health “cliff” so you don’t fall and need an ambulance at the bottom!

We know that our principals have lives outside of the classroom - and when you’re feeling unwell, overwhelmed, stressed or out of balance, the lines between home and work blur.

If you’d like one-on-one confidential support, our coaches can provide guidance in any of the following areas and more. Unlike many EAP services, we use a longer approach to allow you to identify your health and wellbeing goals, work through the hurdles, blocks and challenges you’re facing, and make the changes you need to feel amazing again.
