Our coaches are certified and qualified mental health coaches. They are required to maintain CPD each year, including supervision.

Our MHC Coaches use FLAX resources for professional and consistent delivery of workshops, presentations and one-on-one coaching. Our resources are designed to cater for children, students, staff in an education context.

Our coaches are police vetted, hold indemnity insurance, are accredited to the Australian New Zealand Health Coaches Association (HCANZA), follow International Coaching Federation guidelines and adhere to the New Zealand Privacy Act.
